Service Animal Policy

We know you love your pets, and so do we! Timeless recognizes, respects and complies with all laws, state and federal, that pertain to “Service Dogs or Animals.” We will always accommodate a guest with a service animal as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act and Florida Statutes.

Due to space limitations, Timeless is not able to accommodate emotional support pets or pets in general. The City of Naples requires a permit for food service establishments to allow pets on premises. [Naples Florida Code of Ordinances, Sec 156-30] We have not obtained such a permit due to our limited outdoor seating and space.
